You will assist the sales team expanding the Farmhouse Ice Cream concept in Scandinavia and United Kingdom. You will be working from our office or incidentally traveling abroad as translator together with the Sales Manager.
Tasks of a customer service employee:
- provide customer service and support (telephone/e-mail) for our Scandinavian and UK customers.
- acquisition of new customers and plan appointments with potential customers.
- ancidentally, travel abroad as translator together with the Sales Manager.
- to do translations.
- handle marketing related matters concerning the Farmhouse Ice Cream concept.
- bachelor degree
- you should have either worked or studied in Scandinavia.
- you should be able to speak English and at least one Scandinavian language (Finnish, Swedish or Danish).
- preferences: speaking a Scandinavian language on C1 level, experience in marketing and sales.
- proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
